Nicole C. PhD, ERYT 200

Nicole holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and is an anatomy-focused instructor with a vast depth of knowledge from personal experience AND advanced yoga education. Her unique ability to help clients build body awareness, strength, and flexibility and then utilize that knowledge for significant advancement is uncanny.

She specializes in advanced yoga techniques, including handstand training, arm balances, and deep back bending.

She also focuses on flexibility training, yoga specifically for collegiate and professional athletes, and therapeutic yoga for back pain, shoulder strength and rehab, and hip issues.

Nicole is also available for life-coaching and yoga teacher mentorship.

Sadie Virginia, ERYT 500

Unlike group classes, private lessons with Sadie are a one on one experience, and can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health and help one achieve personal yoga goals. Sadie is skilled in :

1. Beginner yoga: breaking down each move personally to immediately improve form. Making it easier to get started on your own yoga journey

2. Health concerns : it is best to have a private yoga lesson. Sadie can work around the problem and avoid further complications.

3. Achieving yoga goals and creating a personalized routine

4. Hands-On Assists : Safe adjustments to ensure proper and safe alignment

5. Enhanced Benefits: Improving balance and flexibility while alleviating anxiety, depression, and stress. Sadie will modify the privates to match your needs.

Logan M., RYT 200

Logan specializes in deep diving into details. Privates with him focus on achieving proper alignment and form in all the fundamental asanas used in vinyasa and power yoga.

Logan takes full advantage of the one on one environment by creating a dialogue with students in privates to really dive into the sensations experienced in each shape. This allows for a thorough, analytic approach to furthering the students practice in a way that isn't achievable in typical class settings.

Jennifer Nicole, RYT 200

Jennifer enjoys the details and the why behind the practice... What’s the premise of a certain pose? How can you stay present? How do you continuously connect breath to movement? In a one-on-one session, together, we can focus on the details, and your concerns will be addressed to help you bring awareness to how they align with your practice.

Whether it’s Yin, or an Ashtanga based vinyasa flow- Jennifer will work with you and tailor a program based upon that need. If you are a beginner who wants to learn fundamental technique and break down a pose, focus on strength training, or improve flexibility; Jennifer will be your guide to help achieve those goals.
